Learnology.tech provides AI-powered study tools, including but not limited to flashcard generation, document summarization, note-taking, and text-to-speech features.

3. User Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Virtual Credits

  • License: The Service utilizes a virtual credit system ("Credits") to track and manage usage of AI features. Credits are a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use digital features.
  • No Monetary Value: Credits have no real-world monetary value, are not currency, and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the credit cost of specific features or the amount of credits provided at any time without notice.

5. User Content

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of all files, documents, text, and other content ("User Content") you upload to the Service.
  • License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant Learnology.tech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., sending text to an AI provider to generate a summary).
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.

6. AI Disclaimer

  • Accuracy: The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies (including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and ElevenLabs) to generate content. AI systems can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated materials.
  • Educational Use Only: The Service is an educational aid. It should not be used as the sole source of information for critical exams or professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, or financial). Always verify AI-generated information with authoritative sources.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LEARNOLOGY.TECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
